1. Company Identification

These General Contracting Conditions regulate the purchase and reservation of services through the website www.con-tempo.es, property of Contempo Spaces Wellness and Cafe SL, with NIF B22943724 and address at Calle de Fortunata y Jacinta 7, 28020 Madrid (Spain), contact email: hola@con-tempo.es.

2. Services and Prices

The online reservation of coworking spaces, Day Passes and use of meeting rooms is allowed through the website. All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly indicated otherwise.

3. Payment Process

Payment for services and reservations is made in advance and securely by credit or debit card through the payment gateway integrated into the website. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.

4. Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policy

- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: The client may request the cancellation or modification of their reservation by sending an email to hola@con-tempo.es at least 24 hours before the reserved date, obtaining a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours or no-show: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-show will not give the right to a refund or refund of the amount paid.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the provision of storage or space services whose execution date or period is specifically determined.

6. Applicable Legislation

These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any controversy will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
