1. Company Identification

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and booking of services through the website www.con-tempo.es, owned by Contempo Spaces Wellness and Cafe SL, with Tax ID (NIF) B22943724 and registered office at Calle de Fortunata y Jacinta 7, 28020 Madrid (Spain), contact email: hola@con-tempo.es.

2. Services and Prices

The website allows for the online booking of coworking spaces, day passes, and meeting rooms. All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Process

Payment for services and reservations is made securely in advance via credit or debit card using the payment gateway integrated into the website. Reservation confirmation will be sent by email once the payment has been successfully completed.

4. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: The client may request the cancellation or modification of their reservation by sending an email to hola@con-tempo.es at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date, receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or a failure to show up will not entitle the customer to a refund of the amount paid.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the provision of storage or space services for which a specific date or period of performance has been determined.

6. Applicable Law

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
